Dana and I traveled to Memphis this weekend to visit our good dealer Eric Martin at Martin Music in Memphis TN.  Dana gave a demonstration/lecture  where he actually voiced an adirondack top.  He gave the attendees a chance to  listen for the "before" and "after" and they were able to hear what he can accomplish when he carves the top braces.

 Martin Music is a fine store. The friendly, knowledgeable staff makes it a great place to buy a Bourgeois guitar.  Here are pictures of some of the swell folks we met.

After the clinic, folks hung around and played guitars and asked some great questions.

Cindy VanDenBerg brought her DB Signature OM in for us to see and had Dana sign it for her.  Here she is with Dana .  Dana is holding #5000, Victoria, our Parlor Style guitar.

Our new friend Sonny Thompson is letting Dana show off the back of his brand new Limited Edition CB Brazilian OM!  That's a great guitar Sonny!

Bourgeois player Tim Price brought in his Slope D Pao Rosewood guitar (2008 IBMA) just so we could concur that it had opened up even more and sounded even better than when we built it!  Tim also owns a Panama Red Vintage D.

Eric loves our guitars and brought in a couple of his own to show off.  Here's Cindy VanDenBerg checking out the rare "Harlequin" Bourgeois.

We also spent some time with our friend, Bourgeois player, Bill Pittard - he was telling us about his 4 (that's right, 4 Bourgeois guitars).  I'm sure there were a few friends I've forgotten to mention and we met some nice new folks too.  It's good to meet the players that I spend so much time with getting to know on the phone!  What a nice bunch.
