Luthier Dana Bourgeois of Pantheon Guitars will be the guest speaker for a "Meet the Masters" Series at Buffalo Brothers Guitars, a Pantheon /Bourgeois dealer, in Carlsbad, California on Thursday March 30th, from 7 to 9 pm.

Dana, who has been designing and building steel string guitars for over a quarter of a century, will provide an overview of top and body woods, guitar design and guitar construction. He will also demonstrate the actual process by which each Bourgeois guitar is systematically voiced, and which he considers the most critical part of creating guitar tone. Considered an expert in this field, Dana has published several articles on the subject of Guitar Voicing including "Tapping Tonewoods" and "Voicing the Steel String Guitar" which have been published in "Acoustic Guitar" magazine and in the journal "American Lutherie".
