JOM-150
- New for 2007
Pictures coming soon.
The
JOM-150 is treated with the same classic appointments as
our now-classic Bourgeois
Brazilian Rosewood D-150 Dreadnought.
JOM stands for JUMBO OM. The
JOM is an original body style developed by Dana in the late 1980's, in response to players' requests for a mid-sized guitar having the balance and clarity of an OM--but with a bigger presence.
The idea was simple: Start with the OM outline, enlarge it a bit, play around with the curves, deepen the
sides and end up with the all the balance, clarity and power you
need.
Premium Brazilian rosewood back and sides and premium Adirondack spruce
top . Elegantly appointed with an
abalone rosette, triple layer ivoroid body, fretboard and headstock binding,
side purfling, slotted
squares and diamonds inlay, and gold Waverly tuners.
Except as noted, all
Bourgeois models include the following features:
25.5" Scale Length, One piece Mahogany Neck, Bone Nut &
Saddle, Ebony Fretboard & Bridge, High Gloss Body and Satin Neck
Finish, Mother of Pearl Bourgeois headstock inlay, Bourgeois Premium
Tortoiseshell style pickguard, Ivoroid Bridge and End Pins, Deluxe
Hardshell Case and a Limited Lifetime Warranty. A variety of
optional tonewoods, appointments, hardware and finishes are also
available.
These guitars
are available at one of our fine retailers.
